Date Created mistmatch in Opportunities
In several of my opportunity records, I see a discrepancy between the Date Created value (Field ID: trandate) and the value Date Created when used in saved searches.
Pipeline reports seem to pull the trandate value (6/1/2012 in the picture below) but the Date Created field when used is saved searches pulls the value from the system notes (5/6/2013 in the picture below).
1. Why are these values different? Seems like they should always be the same.
2. How can I prevent this discrepancy from happening?
3. Is there an easy way to fix this? I imagine I could export them, fix in Excel, then import.
