Sales quota by department and class
Hi,
I'm trying to create a sales quota on a sales rep with both department and class specified, why can I not do it? As soon as I choose class the department-field is cleared.
The setup I'm trying to achieve is the following:
We have our sales organization divided into departments. B2B, B2C, etc.
Each department sells all of our products therefore each department has a specific sales quota on each class.
To even accommodate a sales quota for the department, we have added a employee called "sum". We then create a quota with that sales rep and a department. We can then create reports to compare the forecast and quota for the departments. Now we also need a sales quota for department and class combined. And corresponding reports.
