access issue

One of my sales reps is getting the following notice when they try to get to any event;

Permission Violation: You need a higher level of the 'Lists -> Events' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator

There are 6 people all with the same role as her but she is the only one that gets this notice.  All 6 of them are at Full permission for Lists>Events.  Her permissions are the same as those other 6 people.  I cannot find anything about her role or her as a user that is different than the others.

Please help.
