Roles/Permissions: Sales Role is allowed to Update Customer?
There is a checkbox on the sales order to update the customer record with new sales role information - how can a sales rep check this box?
We have a role for sales reps that is a Sales Role in Netsuite, and they are able to create sales orders for other reps (because they cover for each other), yet if they hit the Update Customer checkbox on the sales order, they have just modified the Primary Sales Rep on the customer record! This is a terrible security issue...
How can we control this? I don't see any option of hiding those fields on the sales order Sales Team tab... ???
