Why is an anonymous customer placeholder required?
I would like support forms to create a new lead if it can't match the user's email to an existing account... But you're required to have a placeholder set up under Setup > Support > Support Preferences. Am I missing something? Has anyone worked around this? It seems like the more logical workflow...
If the anonymous placeholder is to combat spam accounts I'm sure there can be something more ideal set in place... like captcha...?
