Managing Telemarketing

Looking for some advice
One thing (And this may already exist in netsuite) that I have not been able to carry over from other CRMs is the ability to create a telemarketing work list. In Legrand for instance I can bring up a report of all customers that are assigned to me, and sort them by last activity date, then select say 20 of these customers(or contacts) and assigned them to a temporary work list which I can then run as a telemarketing list and remove each person as I call them from the list.
In Sage ACT a similar operation can be used to create a call list.
