Search : Days an OP is in each of its Statuses

I  would like to display the # of days an Opportunity has been in any of the OP statuses. The columns would represent the Status and the Days would be the data.

I know that I need to source data from the System Notes, and found a helpful post from Evan, but that only displays how long the OP has been in its CURRENT STATUS. 

That formula is a Criteria Formula (Numeric) = 1:

CASE {entitystatus} WHEN {systemnotes.newvalue} THEN 1 ELSE 0 END
