Saved Search Help: Getting ITEM ETA's to show in ITEM SEARCH.
Hi All!
We have a major issue, in that our sales guys need to know ETA's of backordered items at a glance. There is an item saved search on their dashboard which they can easily key word search items (we have over 5500 SKU's) and quickly see Available, Backordered and On Order QTY's but because the ETA Date is on the Purchase Order, It's hard to pull in that field as it's a transaction record.
I've tried doing a formula to pull in the ETA Field from Transaction Fields and setting summary to MINIMUM however that shows the ETA of the first purchase order we received...
