Unsubscribing Bounced emails

I have been using the Campaign response "Bounced" to identify dead customer email addresses and to subscribe them. However, I am concerned that I have been unsubscribing people with "out of office messages".

Does anyone here know if Netsuite flags Out of office messages as bounces or not, if so is there an easy way of identifying them?
