Quicker way to Print Attachments on Cases
Hello
We receive alot of attachments in cases that need to be printed. Currently in Chrome, it takes the below 11 steps to print a document.
Is there a faster way to print attachments?

1. open case (wait)
2. click on view message (wait)
3. click on attachments tab
4. click on the file attachment
5. type in a name when the windows "Save As" dialog box comes up (wait)
6. click on the downloaded file icon at the bottom of the screen (wait for it to open)
7. Print the pdf
8. close acrobat
9. close the window that came up to download the file
10. close the email message window
