Campaign Follow Up Report - Thanks for the help in advance!

I would very much like to create a report that emails my sales team every time we send out an email campaign.

So any time a my "Reps" group gets an email from any campaign I would like it to send an email 24 hours later that is a list of all the contacts who did not open the email so my internal team can follow up with the rep and find out why they arent opening the marketing materials.

How would I go about doing this?
