Status Sync Issues Between Opps and Quotes
I have the following scenarios troubling me about statuses on opportunities and estimates and how they sync up (or don't). I was told by NetSuite support that these are expected, but I disagree.
1. You convert an opp for a customer (not a lead or prospect) to a quote, and then you close the quote at 0%. The quote status changes to closed as expected, as does the opp. But, you didn't mean to close the quote, so you reopen the quote with a probability 1-99%, and the quote document status is Processed. It should be Open. The related opportunity changes to In Progress with the matching status and probability of the quote.
