LSA ignoring Sales Teams on Opportunities (and not updating as expected)?
Has anyone else noticed the LSA bundle is updating opportunities differently since the latest patch for it?
We've got a number of opportunities with unique sales teams (in that they differ from the Sales Team on the customer/company). For the couple of weeks, the LSA field on the opportunity is not updating unless the Sales Rep is on the company (and it completely ignores the team on the Opportunity), This is, as you might imagine, disrupting our teams workflows a little bit.
If anyone else has noticed it, your stories or troubleshooting would be appreciated. I'm working on it with NetSuite support, but the only advice I'm getting is to run the Mass Update on the Opportunities (which, since it's only checking the Sales Team on the parent, ends up deleting the LSA field on most of the records it touches).
