Remove Sales Team Member from a Sales Order

I need to remove someone from the Sales Team tab of an order. When I highlight them and click Remove, nothing happens. I removed them from the Opp, but can remove them from the Estimate or the Sales Order. Is this a defect, a setting, or as designed?
