Promotion Code that gives each item a different discount on a single code?

Hi Experts!    I need to setup a single promotion that has one code,  so that   item #1 - has 10% discount,  item #2 has a 20% discount, item #3 has a 25% discount and so on.
Does anyone know how to do this?  I have tried standard, order, item, and buy x get y and no luck.  Please help if you have a solution.  Thank you.:h_a_w:
