Multi-Select Case Types
Anyone have any experience with 1:Many Case Types selected in a given internal case form? We are investigating the options on our end but I'm not finding anything in Support Preferences that indicates we can do this using the standard Case Type field so it sounds like the only route is a custom field. Curious if anyone else has run into this and what solution they used. tia!
