Netsuite POS "Ecommerce InStore" and RAPOS

Not certain where I should post this, so I'm trying here.

We've had an open support ticket with our NetSuite POS system for several months now. For the past month and a half the fix has been delayed while they "work on a security issue" that is preventing them from making any changes to our set up.

While perusing the SuiteWorld schedule, I noticed a couple of presentations about "NetSuite SuiteCommerce Instore" as a POS solution.

Does anyone know if this is a new POS solution to replace the former Retail Anywhere system, or is this just another re-naming of this non-functioning system. I'm begining to wonder if they have discontinued support for RAPOS, thus the long delay in getting our bug fixed.
