Support Case - Group Functionality
Hi All,
I'd appreciate some feedback on the Group functionality for Case Management.
My organisation is thinking of creating Groups to handle our different products.
We are considering creating the following:
Group Product A consists of
- Employee 1
- Employee 2
- Employee 3
However, before we begin we feel we are going to hit a wall in terms of dashboard visibility.
If we were to view this at portlet level we can only select the Group or the individuals but we want to see the overall assignment for that entire team i.e. those assigned to the group and each employee currently.
We were thinking we need a group placed within a group. Example: Product A - consists of Group Product A.
