Hard Bounce on a valid email address
I have been working at limiting bounces in our email lists. I have a very good and active customer that is reporting as a hard bounce in Netsuite. The address is good as I use it 2 to 3 times a week to converse with the customer about various things. I don't really want to eliminate their email since they want to receive mailings from us. It displays in their customer record as Error Message: Hard Bounce - Other. Any thoughts on best practices to handle this?
