Advanced Promo Buy X Get Y - Auto Add

Hi All,

Before I explore an automation for this, I want to confirm that the Advanced Promotions bundle will not auto add Item Y with a discount, if you add Item X.

As in, you'll have to add both Item X and Y, then apply the promo to get Y free?

We're looking to add X, apply the promo to get Y added to the Sales Order with the discount item.
