Use of CRMSDK tags will be completely deprecated with Version 2015 Release 2
In NetSuite Version 2015 Release 1, we started deprecating the use of CRMSDK-based email templates. This is in preparation for the switch to the more powerful Freemarker-based scripted template format, that will be fully adopted in Version 2016 Release 1. In NetSuite Version 2015 Release 2, the following email will no longer support CRMSDK tags: [LIST] [*]Single email messages composed using the rich-text editor. [*]Bulk email merge operations. [*]Campaign email. [/LIST] This means that it will no longer be possible to select and use a CRMSDK template when creating a new single email message (e.g. on entity, transaction or support
