Transistion from BlackBaud Raiser's Edge to Netsuite

We are just starting the process of moving over to NetSuite.  We are using QuickBooks and Raiser's Edge and want to move both systems over to NetSuite Mid Market Edition.  I was hoping to hear from someone who may have gone through this before and would recommend any suggestions or things to keep in mind during this transition.  Raiser's Edge is made by BlackBaud and is a donor management database.  We are a non-profit that has a large database of donors to our organization.  Thanks.
