Sales Order Address Update

We are currently using Sales Orders to create invoices for monthly subscription services. We are having a problem getting the Bill To field on the Open Sales Order to update to the latest address listed on the customer record where our addresses get changed. We are having to go into each Sales Order and update the Bill To address or else the address will be the one when the sales order was created. Is there a work around for this? Will a workflow need to be created to update Open Sales orders?
