Send a survey for every fifth case opened
Hi there,
I've got a requirement to send a survey for only every fifth case that has been opened for just one of our case profiles. The others don't get surveys or have different requirements. I'm struggling with how to identify every fifth case for this one profile from all of the cases that come in. Would something in a workflow field be able to keep the counter persistent? My other thought was that I could gather all of the cases for this profile into a saved search, and once an hour run through them all and assign an order number to
