Disable or suppress case email notification to user?
One user does not want to receive email notifications when a case is assigned to her.
Is there an option somewhere to disable or suppress case email notifications for a user?
I have turned off all notifications under Support Notifications but apparently she is still receiving "millions" (sic) of emails.
