Disabling Group E-Mails
Hello.
I am using an Employee Group and setting it to a Support Group so that it shows in our Assigned To for cases. We are using this group to enable reporting for case management as a group, but we also use it as an Unassigned Queue.
So for example:
We create an Employee Group named Test Group
We add 5 employees to it
When a new case is in NetSuite, it assigns to Test Group
An employee in that group claims the case
Any edit/update made to any cases in the Test Group e-mail out to everyone in the group. Is it possible to disable that from e-mailing the entire team every time a case is created/edited when
