Regarding opportunities

Hi Guys,

I am Facing some issue regarding list view of opportunities. When i tried to filter list of opportunities by sales rep field i'm unable to see "My Team" in that dropdown. i'm bit frustrated with this can anyone suggest what might be reason for this. And i am using Sales center role.
