Can you make an existing customer a subcustomer of another existing customer?
Is it possible to make an existing customer a subcustomer of another existing customer?
I'm sure I have done this before just by editing the customer record and there used to be a field "child of" where you would select the required parent customer.
The only way of doing this now seems to be from the parent record and to set up a new subcustomer. But what if the subcustomer is already existing? Has something changed?
