NetSuite CRM Sales logic - Customer & Opportunities
Struggling to find information on this so open to any form of input... Am setting up the CRM side of NS for our company after having used Salesforce for the last 12 years and am finding information and settings a bit thin on the ground.
Basically I want all sales reps to view all customers and be able to add the customer to their opportunities but for the sales reps to only see their own opportunities... Basically by all sales reps seeing all customers we reduce the potential for duplicate customer being added (and for them to get some history) but restrict each sales rep to their own opps so they are unable to download and run away with the entire pipeline. Sounds simple but I can not work out how to do this??
