Email Button in Customer Center Does Nothing
When a customer views a transaction while in the customer center, it uses the form that you have stored it in on the back-end in your NS account, NOT the external form. This means that the customer might see things you don't want them to see if you're not careful, first of all.
It also means that you cannot remove the Email button without removing it for your internal users as well. In addition, the Email button in the Customer Center does absolutely nothing.
This is apparently listed as an enhancement instead of a defect, but it seems that this is misclassification?
