Issue with Installing Bundle.

Hi,

I am trying to create & install a bundle.

Bundle got created but when I try to create a repository,getting an error.

And when I try to install the bundle & I am getting the following error.(I did'nt delete anything after creating the bundle.)

"Items you have requested in the record have been deleted since you retrieved the form".

Any help is appreciated.
