Installing a SuiteBundle from a Sandbox Account

edited Dec 3, 2019 8:55AM in SuiteCloud / Customization

How are installs from a SandBox Account supposed to work?

Since there is no documentation I can find on this, I don't have a clue. But since the Install Bundle form has separate fields for "Production Account" and "Sandbox" Account, it implies that something different will happen. Otherwise, there could have just been one field named "Account" in which you enter the accout number of either a Production account or Sandbox account.

The UI is a bit weird on this. I have a Bundle created on another account that you would call a Production Account. When I enter the account# inthe Production Account field, the bundles are properly listed. But when I enter the account# in the "Sandbox Account" field, nothing happens, except that sometimes the pointer turns into an hourglass. But the list below doesn't change, and I get no error msg of any kind.

Howdy, Stranger!
