SB Use Case: Disconnect from Bundle
I believe we need the ability to sever the connection with an installed bundle, so that the custom elements that were installed by it can no longer be affected in any way by that bundle.
Use Case #1 -- Local Customization of Objects in Bundle

[*]After the bundle is installed, the local account may decide to further customize the objects in that bundle

[*]The bundle can NOT be uninstalled
[*]The objects from the bundle can NOT be updated/overridden by a "Update Bundle" action.[/LIST]
