SuiteBundle fails publish to repository

So I get this message, which sounds like there is a bad cert somewhere:

The copy to repository of bundle XXXX failed: Unable to connect to server Reason:javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
