If I delete a bundle is there an effect on accounts where it was installed?

If I delete a bundle from the source account (not uninstall, but actually delete the bundle itself) is there any effect on other accounts that have installed the bundle? It's not a managed bundle. Would the bundle automatically be removed from that account? Would it not even let me delete? If the components remain, would locked components become unlocked?
