Copy Bundle To Accounts not listing anything

So,

In our Development account, we typically update then copy the bundle to the Deployment account (as per best practices).  Been doing that for over a year now.  So, we just made an update, and now when we go to the Copy Bundle To Accounts in the Development account, nothing comes up .... an empty list!

What happened?  We need to push out this update!
