Customer Search

I'm trying to create a customer list of our parent customers that would list all contacts for each customer and their phone numbers.  I went to "customer search", and for "criteria" I chose "parent customer:inactive" "is false".  Under the "results" tab, I chose "top level parent" -- but when I ran the search, I got duplicate lines for every job under every customer.  (If there were 4 jobs for a customer, it listed that parent customer 4 times.)  Also, when I added "contact" to the results, it only gave me one contact for each customer -- not all the contacts.

I'm sure I'm missing a step somewhere ---
