Upcoming Birthdays Report

Hello

I am hoping to have a scheduled report sent to supervisors each Monday which shows all upcoming (next 7days) employee birthdays.

Birthdate is shown on Employee records, how to create custom "birthday"?
Where to create a custom Employee type report?

I have a search that does that, but some Managers need it in the inbox...
