Customer Service Reports Poor or is it me?
Hi,
I am trying to create some decent customer service reports and the flexibility is poor. There are a very small selection as standard (not even a case activity by customer report!). The biggest bugbear I have is that I want o create a report with columns to show the case count by varous criteria with monthly totals. I can do this with many of the financial/sales reports thanks to the "column" filter. But this does not appear on any of the case activity reports or searches...
Am I missing something or is this a feature enhancemenet request..?
