Help, Reports on Matrix item

All my items are like this:
POLO11--BLACK--S
POLO11--BLACK--M
POLO11--BLACK--L

POLO11--RED--S
POLO11--RED--M
POLO11--RED--L
...
Polo11 may have 10 colours, every colour has 8 sizes.
I need my item sales report summary like this:
total POLO11
   total polo11--black
       total polo11--black--S
       total polo11--black--m
       total polo11--black--L
   total polo11--red
       total polo11--red--s
       total polo11--red--M
       total polo11--red--L

How do I do it?
It seems I can only have total POLO11, I can not have a total for every colour.
When we send PO to factory, the factory need to calculate total one colour quantity manually to get an idea of how many fabric they need to prepare.
