How to turn off the options displayed in the report header?

Does anybody know how to turn off the "options" that show up on the report header?  Like this one:  "Options: Show Zeros Filters: Validated Status (not equal to Cancelled Pending Approval), Long Name (equal to Inventory Item, Non-inventory Item, Other Charge, Service)"

I do want to include those options in the report - I just don't want them displayed in huge font at the top of the report.   I know I can go to the Options button at the bottom of the report results page and uncheck "Print Description"... but I want to turn it off forever, not every time I view the report.
