Shipping report - shipping address line 3 missing

I am trying to customise a SHIPPING REPORT in REPORT > ORDER MANAGEMENT > SHIPPING REPORT.

I have "shipping address line 1", "shipping address line 2" but no "shipping address line 3". Is this a defect?
