Show Tax, Ship Discount and Grand Total Amt Separately

I can't seem to create a report (or search) that shows one line for a transaction that includes tax amount, discount amount, ship amount and grand total.
I've looked through all the report fields and I either can't find the fields I need or can't find one report that has all of tehm together. 

Does anyone know how to get this info into one report?
