Activity Reporting with Email Message/Memo has HTML
We have created useful searches for looking at activities, messages, notes, etc. and have found that the searches time out if we try to include to much detail (grouping customer records and summing up underlying records) which lead us to using variations of the tools through Reports.
There is in issue when using a report when including Email/Message 'Memo'. We use a lot of Templates with HTML in the background and when viewing the message in a report, the HTML is included as text, leaving the message as unreadable and useless without drilling into the message record.
Need to find a way around this.
