System Notes...
I am wanting to track all activities to a customer file (our staff adds notes, changes an address etc...) when I go to System Notes - ALL, I can only see when all the things done on one date, even though the user has accessed and changed & added other information?
While I'm on a Control Freak / Big Brother ramble, I would like to track when and what our sales Reps are accessing.... When I view Log-in Audit Trail Search it only gives me a time and IP - is there more info somewhere else?
