report help: show sales on items not sold

I've managed to modify a sales report on a specific group of items, sorted in descending order, and including a column of "Qty currently on hand".  What I cannot get this report to show are the items within that group that I had no sales for.  Checking and unchecking "show zeros" makes no changes.

I need this detail so that I can make decisions on "to restock or not to restock" certain items within this group.

Any advice or any links to any help menus I would be ever so grateful for.  I've been trying to figure this out for years.  I even have the "dummies" netsuite book.
