quantity of items sold per customer

Hi there,
I'm trying to create a search or report with no luck.

I would like to run a search to see how many customers have purchased more than 1 of a given item over time-- not in a single transaction-- but over time.

I see in the search filters I can narrow it down so I can find everyone who has purchased at least one of a given item, but I don't see how I can quantify it to be more than 1.

Any ideas?
