Add a Filter on Sales Tax Report Similar to 'Item On Any Line' Criteria on Searches

I am trying to customize the Sales Tax Analysis report and would like to exclude all transactions that include a specific item.

This is possible using saved search by selecting filter 'Item On Any Line', but I can't locate it on reports. Using saved search is a workaround but some columns on the report is not available on saved searches such as Total Sales, Taxable Sales, Non Taxable Sales, Tax Vendor, etc.

Anyone who knows how to accomplish this?
