Comparative Sales Summary

I have a report that is filtered to one sales rep and shows by customer the Transaction Total (Revenue) for that customer.  I would like to create a second column to be able to compare last year with this year.  I am terrible with reports and I am sure this is pretty standard and easy so if anyone wouldn;t mind helping me out I would appreciate it.
