Margin by Customer report needed

My boss has asked for 2 reports, margin by product line and margin by customer.  I have built the first one without breaking a sweat.  I cannot for the life of me get the second one right. 

Can anyone out there suggest how to do this?  I don't care if it is using Report Builder or a saved search cause i have had no luck with either so far.
